Is the programme fee-paying?

There are different regulations for Russian and foreign students.

Russian students:

If you have a Bachelor or Russian Diploma ("Specialist") Degree, the programme is free of charge.

Students with a Master Degree pay an annual tuition fee of approx. 3,000 €.

Foreign students:

Since the programme is co-financed by the German Academic Exchange Service, German students are exempted from fees.

Students from other countries than Germany pay an annual tuition fee of approx. 3,000 €.
